Scholarship Guidelines:

• Application of Awards: All scholarships will be applied directly as site credit to Blue Jackets Hockey League and are not redeemable for cash.
• Coverage: Scholarships cover program registration fees only. Fundraising, insurance, and any other fees are not covered under this program.
• Eligibility: Assistance is based on financial need, member standing, and availability of funds. Hardship requests are available exclusively to current Blue Jackets Hockey League members.
• Duration: These scholarships are intended as short-term assistance and are not designed for long-term or continuous financial support.
• Disciplinary Action: Any applicant currently facing disciplinary action from any USA Hockey affiliated member or other entity will not be eligible for assistance.
• Application Frequency: Families may apply for a scholarship once per hockey season.

Application Process:

1. Application Submission: Interested parties must apply for scholarships through the Blue Jackets Hockey League. Applications are submitted through our official site.
2. Review Process: Applications will be thoroughly reviewed. The application must be filled out completely and thoroughly to provide the full picture.
3. Decision Making: All award decisions are at the discretion of the Blue Jackets Hockey League. Notifications will be sent via email shortly after July 1, 2025. Your spot in the Blue Jackets Hockey League is held until after we notify you.
4. Payment Plans: The Blue Jackets Hockey League offers flexible payment plans. If you are able to make payments, you can select a payment plan during registration. For customized payment plans, please contact us at info@bluejacketshockeyleague.com.
